About the Role:

WCS is searching for an Event Coordinator to join our biometric screening team. As an Event Coordinator, you will support WCS’s Program Managers as they plan and execute our biometric screening events across the country. Our ideal Event Coordinator is focused, detail-oriented, and excited about working with a leader in corporate health and well-being.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Communicate with client contacts on specific event details leading up to screenings
  • Track success of events throughout the day and keep Program Managers up to date
  • Review online scheduling tool to verify appointment load and take appropriate action

WCS is searching for a Program Manager to join our biometric screening team, which works directly with client-partners to create, develop, and oversee biometric screening campaigns. Our ideal Program Manager is a health and wellness professional with an internal motivation to change lives and work for a leader in corporate health and well-being.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • In conjunction with the partner/client, develop an overall biometric screening program and oversee implementation of the campaign

About the Role:

Wellness Corporate Solutions is searching for an On-Site Program Coordinator to work directly at a client location in Baltimore, Maryland. The On-Site Program Coordinator helps implement and deliver wellness programming, give day-to-day support to employees, lead presentations and various types of interactive events, coordinate wellness initiatives in partnership with the rest of the client’s staff, and generally serve as WCS’s on-site representative.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Be the on-site representative for WCS and the wellness program
  • Assist employees with the wellness program and wellness portal
  • Work directly with WCS and the client to deliver on-site wellness programming, including health fairs, education booths, wellness walks, wellness kickoff events, etc.
  • Develop and deliver wellness communications and presentations
  • Meet with employees to promote and discuss wellness program offerings
  • Assist with wellness champion recruitment, management, and training

What You Bring to the Team:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Promotion, Exercise Science, Health Education, Health Communication, Public Health, Nutrition, or similar field (registered dietitian or other advanced degrees preferred)

About the Role:

The Health Informatics department is looking for a Data Processing Coordinator to facilitate the accurate and timely processing of client biometric screening data. Successful Data Processing Coordinators are hardworking, detail-oriented, and willing to work in a team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage receipt and check-in of all on-site health screening paperwork:
    • Track UPS delivery of health screening paperwork
    • Unbox and check-in new event paperwork and prepare for processing
    • Count and scan on-site event paperwork
  • Execute Quality Control analyses, and ensure partner and client-specific deadlines are met for screening data processing and delivery:
    • Manage data processing queue on a daily basis (limited data entry)
    • Manage remote data entry personnel, communicating daily responsibilities to ensure timely data delivery to partners and clients
    • Execute quality-control measures using SQL Management Studio to identify and correct data entry errors
  • Manage boxing and archiving of health screening paperwork
  • Assist in printing and mailing of participant screening results
  • Follow HIPAA policies and procedures for protection and security of participant personal health information

What You Bring to the Team:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferred interest in data, information and/or health related field (data science, heath information management, public health, economics, accounting or other)
  • Moderate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel; working proficiency in all other Office products (Word, Access, PowerPoint)

About the Role:

Wellness Corporate Solutions is searching for a Director of National Talent Development to lead our diverse and expansive Talent Acquisition Team. Our business relies on a specifically-trained network of representatives who staff our employee wellness events across the country. These professionals are truly the face of our company, interacting directly with our clients and their employees at events across the country.

The Director will be tasked with innovating to implement strong WCS Wellness Representative hiring and development processes. This role will be responsible for challenging our team of full-time employees and network of over 9,000 part-time Wellness Representatives to make sure that our programs are well-staffed with experienced professionals.

The Talent Acquisition Team oversees all recruiting operations and is tasked with finding, hiring and training all wellness representatives for health screening and flu shot events nationwide. As the leader of the Talent Team, the Director will set high-level goals for the department, measure success with rigorous analytics, and motivate the team to achieve those goals efficiently.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Strategic Recruitment:

  • Implement and refine recruitment strategies to improve the quality and quantity of WCS’s national network of wellness employees
  • Evaluate industry trends and implement new and innovative ideas to aid in automation and efficiency
  • Create processes to effectively evaluate credentials of new candidates
  • Maintain and organize electronic databases of Wellness Representatives for all WCS events
  • Author regular communications to be shared with all wellness employees
  • Manage department budget to increase recruitment efforts while minimizing costs related to travel
  • Develop outreach strategies that use social media and other platforms to grow our network and strengthen our community
  • Collaborate with WCS’s marketing department to present a positive and attractive message to the Wellness Representative community
  • Uphold a standard of excellence for employees using WCS role- and client-specific training materials

Leadership and Colleague Management:

  • Supervise a team of recruitment and staffing specialists to effectively staff wellness events
  • Facilitate communication with other internal departments, including Health Informatics, Logistics, Human Resources, and Accounting to ensure programs and supportive services are delivered in a timely manner
  • Provide oversight to ensure work is performed according to WCS processes, including compliance and quality assurance

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree
  • At least three years of experience within the world of staffing and recruiting, preferably with a focus on the gig economy
  • Technology literate: online cloud databases, Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access), Constant Contact, GoToMeeting, Camtasia, Online LMS, and an overall understanding of evolving industry trends
  • The ability to take responsibility for personal and team performance by setting clear goals and expectations, tracking progress against the goals, providing regular feedback, and addressing performance problems and issues promptly
  • The ability to manage and organize a department budget to meet team fiscal goals and minimize costs, while providing a high quality of service
  • The ability to communicate effectively while solving problems and working with others
