+ Customer Care – Customer Care Coordinator (Bethesda)

About the Role:

WCS’s Customer Care team is responsible for external customer support, as well as internal support of all departments within the company. It acts as both a customer service organization and a scalable solution to help everyone inside of WCS accomplish their objectives. As a member of the Customer Care team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse team of “Care Bears” who serve in a variety of roles. Our ideal Customer Care Coordinator will be an organized, driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, while always keeping a positive, can-do spirit of service.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Answer customer support emails pertaining to screening results
  • Answer phones as needed and help solve any issues that may arise
  • Provide administrative and program assistance to our screening team
  • Support Health Informatics in data organization
  • Mail merge documents for program mailings
  • Organize and manage incentive fulfillment for our year-long clients
  • Coordinate various items with our shipping department
  • Update and manage our client and event databases
  • Troubleshoot various technical issues
  • Manage multiple event across different time zones and clients
  • Ensure that all necessary supplies are ordered and sent to event site
  • Review event staff to ensure event success
  • Coordinate with event staff to ensure all critical details are understood and followed
  • Work with program management team to complete any other pertinent tasks
  • Other various project as identified by Customer Care Manager

What You Bring to the Team:

  • Attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, Access, Power Point)
  • Knowledge of Excel and formulas
  • Knowledge of DESK.com (not required, but highly desirable)

About the Role:

WCS is searching for an Event Coordinator to join our biometric screening team. As an Event Coordinator, you will support WCS’s Program Managers as they plan and execute our biometric screening events across the country. Our ideal Event Coordinator is focused, detail-oriented, and excited about working with a leader in corporate health and well-being.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Communicate with client contacts on specific event details leading up to screenings
  • Track success of events throughout the day and keep Program Managers up to date
  • Review online scheduling tool to verify appointment load and take appropriate action
  • Manage multiple events across different time zones and clients
  • Ensure that all necessary supplies are ordered and sent to event site
  • Review event staff to ensure event success
  • Coordinate with event staff to ensure all critical details are understood and followed

+ Biometric Screening Team – Program Manager (Bethesda/Remote)

About the Role:

WCS is searching for a Program Manager to join our biometric screening team, which works directly with client-partners to create, develop, and oversee biometric screening campaigns. Our ideal Program Manager is a health and wellness professional with an internal motivation to change lives and work for a leader in corporate health and well-being.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • In conjunction with the partner/client, develop an overall biometric screening program and oversee implementation of the campaign
  • Lead client meetings and serve as client-facing expert
  • Conduct site contact presentations
  • Set up program in WCS’s internal systems
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the biometric screening program by offering additional wellness services, as appropriate
  • Collaborate with internal departments (Talent Acquisition, Logistics, Health Informatics, and Customer Care) to ensure success of biometric screening events
  • Oversee progress on the screening campaigns and take any required action
  • Maintain strong relationship with partner/clients through planning process and entire campaign
  • Deliver wrap-up presentation at end of campaign, including aggregate reporting of screening results

What You Bring to the Team:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a health promotion-related field (master’s degree strongly preferred)
  • Minimum of five years’ related experience
  • Experience in coordinating biometric screening events preferred
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work in fast paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent organization skills and ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
  • Dynamic communication style to effectively guide unique clients through a biometric screening program

About the Role:

Wellness Corporate Solutions is looking for a skilled, senior-level developer and manager to run a small dev shop in an established fast-growing health company, where our technology platform drives the innovation and expansion of our services. Our ideal Application Architect is excited about bringing value to the business, can collaborate and communicate effectively both horizontally and vertically across the organization, and who has a solid background in designing and building ASP.NET enterprise software applications. Our platform is in a prime position for significant expansion in functionality and value over the next year. We’re looking for the right tech leader to steer that growth and to grow with WCS!

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Software development team lead and product owner for three core enterprise applications, plus additional microservices and applets that support integrations and automation
  • Architectural design of new application features, upgrades, and updates
  • Actively write code as Senior Developer and contributor to building applications
  • Coordinate, manage, and mentor WCS’s team of developers
  • Support, maintain, and drive efficient and scalable expansion of the application suite
  • Administer product deployments and manage dev, QA, and prod application environments
  • Manage agile SDLC using Azure Dev Ops to track bugs, issues, dev, and deployments

+ Health Coaching – Sr. Health Coaching Program Manager (Bethesda)

About the Role:

The Senior Health Coaching Program Manager is a corporate health coaching strategist and wellness expert responsible for the oversight of corporate wellness accounts. He or she will work with the Director of Coaching Operations to help clients develop and implement health coaching programs to include telephonic health coaching, on-site health coaching, on-site health education events, and wellness challenges. The Senior Health Coaching Program Manager will also assist with operational management of the health coaching department.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Work with client contacts to strategically implement and manage their coaching program
  • Coordinate on-site seminars, fitness classes, healthy cooking demos, and other wellness initiatives
  • Design and deploy health education materials and promotional materials
  • Communicate with clients and strategic partners for operational agenda items
  • Collect, analyze, and deliver reporting specific to program offerings
  • Manage health coaching technology, such as online schedulers, electronic health records, and digital platforms
  • Recruit, train, and manage health coaches
  • Assist Director of Coaching Operations with departmental strategy and operational efficiency

What You Bring to the Team:

  • Registered Dietitian
  • Client/account management experience required
  • Experience with building and/or managing technical infrastructure, including but not limited to online schedulers, electronic health records, and digital platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Health coaching and/or counseling experience
  • Additional certifications from nationally-accredited entities, including but not exclusive to ACSM, ACE, CDR, etc.
