Update: LabCorp Electronic Ordering Streamlines Off-Site Screenings
As of Feb. 1, our new LabCorp Data Integration—also known as our LabCorp EDI, or simply electronic ordering—is live and available to our biometric screening participants.
We’ve always made it easy for remote employees and others who want to make screening appointments off-site to participate. Last year, we upgraded our participant portal experience with WellConnect Plus, where eligible employees can download their LabCorp vouchers from a central dashboard.
Now, our new electronic ordering system automatically creates a record in the LabCorp system when a participant downloads a voucher.
Here are some benefits of this tighter data integration:
- Off-site participants no longer have to bring their printed voucher to their LabCorp location to get their appointment. The LabCorp receptionist just their photo ID to look them up in the system when they arrive.
- Reduced data turnaround times by 2-3 business days on average, for faster reporting.
- Continued easy user experience: Participants only have to download the LabCorp voucher directly from their dashboard to get started.
