How WCS Uses Well-U to Train Top Staff
Biometric screenings provide employees with vital information that can improve lives. That’s why we ensure that our staff is highly trained and qualified before they become a WCS employee.
You probably heard that we recently converted our on-site staff members from contractors to W-2 employees. By hiring only employees, we can optimally manage their training and performance.
We’re excited to share that our Talent Team has adopted a new platform to run our online learning programs dubbed Wellness University, or Well-U. Our new tool, Litmos, is an online learning management system tailored to the needs of our on-site staff. Trainees include Biometric Screening Event Leads, Registration Coordinators, Health Screeners and Health Educators.
The Litmos platform is the perfect fit for WCS. We’re able to provide personalized training for each role as well as specialized training for unique needs of each client. Each employee has annual modules to complete, ensuring that they stay up to date with their unique skill set. For example, Biometric Screeners are assigned courses that help them improve screening techniques and keep them updated on the newest version of ScreenSmart.
