Client Success Summit: 2019
We pride ourselves on our account management at WCS. It’s what we’re known for in this industry, and we often talk about how our program managers set us apart. Every day, we are listening to our clients, finding new ways to serve their employee populations, and innovating to make sure we’re delivering the best screening programs in the country.
This month, the Directors, Program Managers, and Event Coordinators on our screening team came together in Bethesda for a multi-day summit entirely focused on client success. Our team is used to sharing best practices, key insights, and feedback on a regular basis. But this dedicated summit gave us the opportunity to put our heads together and really think about how we can take our services to the next level, for the rest of 2019 and beyond.
We take a consultative approach to all of our client engagements. We always take time to learn what our clients’ needs are and talk them through our recommendations, based on our deep experience handling clients of all shapes, sizes, and sectors. So for our Summit, the team led their colleagues in workshops dedicated to active listening and understanding client goals. They also covered a range of other relevant topics, from leading effective meetings to streamlining the way we document every success and challenge.
One of the strengths of our screening team is that we have Program Managers based across the country, who bring different perspectives that are perfect for relating to many different employee populations. It also means that when we all get together in one place at our Bethesda headquarters, it feels like a family reunion. We love helping our clients build a happy, thriving culture through wellness programs, and we appreciate getting face time all together to maintain the tight connections across our team.
Indeed, one of our company core values is to help each other Live Well, which means catching up with each other personally, sharing a laugh (or many), and bonding over shared experiences at work and beyond. And after a packed few days of catching up (in addition to our strategic planning), we’re excited to head into our busiest fall yet in our 15th consecutive year of company growth.
