Fiona Gathright President & Chief Executive Officer

A seasoned and award-winning entrepreneur, Fiona Gathright founded Wellness Corporate Solutions in 2004 and has spent the last 30 years in corporate business management and marketing. Prior to founding Wellness Corporate Solutions, she and her husband owned and operated a successful legal research company that served 99 of the nation’s top 100 law firms, as well as numerous investment banks.

Sought after for her wellness and entrepreneurial expertise, Fiona has received numerous awards and accolades including 2014 Most Promising Women Entrepreneur, Fortune Magazine; 2015 Enterprising Women of the Year; Enterprising Women Magazine; Minority Business Leader, Washington Business Journal; and Entrepreneurial Winning Women, Ernst & Young. She serves in leadership positions with several organizations, including the Enterprising Women Advisory Board. She is also a Foundation Associate with the Women Business Leaders of the U.S. Health Care Industry Foundation.

Juliet Rodman Co-Founder & Chief Wellness Officer

As co-founder and Chief Wellness Officer, Juliet Rodman has been motivating people to become healthy for more than two decades. She has dedicated her career to educating, motivating, and inspiring people to make healthier lifestyle choices at work and at home. Juliet has built a network of more than 1,700 registered dietitians who work as health educators, seminar leaders, and on-site wellness representatives for numerous corporate clients nationwide. She also consults with a variety of health care providers to help refine their strategies for promoting healthy behavior changes.

Juliet participates in a variety of corporate health and wellness panels and was recently awarded the 2015 Trailblazer Award by Today’s Dietitian magazine. She also manages “Dietitians in Wellness,” a popular LinkedIn discussion group with more than 600 members.

Emily Kolakowski Chief Operating Officer

A member of the Wellness Corporate Solutions team since 2008, Emily Kolakowski is responsible for leading and managing the company’s screening services and comprehensive wellness programming. In 2015, Emily was chosen by The Washington Business Journal as one of the Top 40 under 40, honoring the region’s young professionals who have displayed business excellence while maintaining a commitment to the community. Emily earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Science from Elon University and received her Master of Science Degree in Health and Exercise Science from Wake Forest University.

Jeffrey Taylor Chief Financial Officer

Jeff Taylor brings more than 35 years of financial management experience to his role as Chief Financial Officer. His many areas of expertise include strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting, and financial analysis, in addition to auditing and SEC reporting.

Before joining WCS, Jeff served as Finance Manager and Director of Accounting for a multinational corporation with more than $2 billion in annual revenue. As the company’s first accounting executive in the United States, he was responsible for developing a sophisticated operational and sales reporting system and managing a large staff. Jeff’s previous experience also includes work in the healthcare space and with private accounting firms.

Susan Torroella Executive Vice President of Screening Operations

Susan Torroella is an award-winning health care executive whose work has spanned the globe and the health care sector, from public health programs in Africa to serving as CEO of the medical education company Columbia MedCom Group. Susan is responsible for all screening partnerships and direct clients, as well as Program Management, Talent Acquisition, Customer Care, and Logistics. Susan has won numerous awards for her leadership, such as FORTUNE Small Business “Boss of the Year,” The Daily Record’s “Top 100 Women in Maryland,” Ernst & Young’s “Entrepreneur of the Year Finalist,” and PharmaVoice’s “100 Most Inspiring Leaders in Life Sciences.” She is a graduate of Franklin and Marshall College and holds an MBA from the Thunderbird School of International Management, where she was valedictorian of her class. Susan has also attended INSEAD (France) and Wharton executive management programs.

Jared Rice Vice President of Technology

After joining WCS as a Wellness Coach and Clinical Content Manager in 2009 and coaching hundreds of employees to become healthy and well, Jared Rice transitioned to the Health Informatics team in 2013. In his new leadership role, he has worked to expand and streamline the department, bringing automation, scalability, and enhanced data integrity through strategic technology implementations. Jared holds a Master’s degree in nutrition, is a board-certified registered dietitian, and is a Certified Health and Fitness Specialist through the American College of Sports Medicine.
