Fiona Gathright Chief Executive Officer

Fiona’s passion for health and wellness led her to think differently about how companies support each employee. A seasoned and award-winning entrepreneur, she founded Wellness Corporate Solutions in 2004 and is committed to sharing the benefit of workplace health programs on the overall wellbeing of a company’s culture.

A leader in both wellness and entrepreneurship, Fiona has received numerous awards and accolades including 2014 Most Promising Women Entrepreneur, Fortune Magazine; 2015 Enterprising Women of the Year; Enterprising Women Magazine; Minority Business Leader, Washington Business Journal; and Entrepreneurial Winning Women, Ernst & Young. She serves in leadership positions with several organizations, including the Enterprising Women Advisory Board. She is also a Foundation Associate with the Women Business Leaders of the U.S. Health Care Industry Foundation.

Continuously committed to her own health, Fiona can often be found jogging along the Potomac River towpath or on her Peloton bike.

Juliet Rodman Co-Founder & Chief Wellness Officer

As a Registered Dietitian, health promotion and wellness coaching expert and WCS co-founder, Juliet’s mission is to empower employees to live healthier, more productive lives while reducing their risk for chronic disease. Since 2004, Juliet has led the nationwide WCS health coaching team, building a network of more than 1,700 Registered Dietitians who work as health educators, health coaches, seminar leaders, and on-site wellness representatives, creating health behavior change every day.Juliet has been recognized nationwide as a leader in nutrition entrepreneurship, having won the 2017 Outstanding Nutrition Entrepreneur from the Nutrition Entrepreneurs Dietetic Practice Group of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics as well as the 2015 Trailblazer Award by Today’s Dietitian magazine.

Juliet can be found moving at most times of the day whether it’s in the office on her treadmill desk or participating in many of her favorite activities such as CrossFit, yoga, stand-up paddle boarding, cycling, hiking and jogging trails wherever she goes.

Emily Roberts President

Emily has been a leader at WCS for over 10 years, helping place the company on the Fortune 5000 list five times and working with over 500 businesses to inspire healthy behavior change among their employee populations.

Emily knows that good health makes good business sense, and has also focused on building the strongest team in the industry, unified around six core values: innovation, teamwork, open communication, self-improvement, respect, and living well. She has received multiple awards for her leadership, including 40 under 40 recognition from the Leadership Center for Excellence in 2018, and selection to the Washington Business Journal’s Top 40 under 40 list in 2015. As part of her commitment to the regional community, Emily serves on the Advisory Board for Back on My Feet, Washington DC Chapter. She is also a wellness expert, having earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Science from Elon University a Master of Science Degree in Health and Exercise Science from Wake Forest University.

Emily is a seasoned runner, having completed various half and full marathons. She also enjoys time on her road bike as well as a weekly yoga practice.


Jeffrey Taylor Chief Financial Officer

Jeff Taylor joined WCS with more than 35 years of financial management experience, and is committed to helping WCS create and develop meaningful programs for every client.

Before joining WCS, Jeff served as Finance Manager and Director of Accounting for a multinational corporation with more than $2 billion in annual revenue. As the company’s first accounting executive in the United States, he was responsible for developing a sophisticated operational and sales reporting system and managing a large staff. Jeff previously worked in the healthcare space and with private accounting firms.

John Whall Chief Operating Officer

John brings dedication to our industry, a track record of growth, and deep experience with technology innovations to our team. He has over a decade of experience in corporate wellness, and a combined 27 years of experience in enterprise systems, software consulting, and digital products. He was a member of the startup team at LiveHealthier; after LiveHealthier was acquired by Centene in 2015, he ran the Product Development/IT department and then the commercial market Client Services department. Prior to joining LiveHealthier, John spent more than five years managing over 50 media applications at washingtonpost.com, as well as 11 years managing system deployments and critical software functions for clients including the State of Texas, the United States Coast Guard, and the Federal Drug Administration.

John focuses on staying healthy by working out with a trainer, walking the dog, doing yoga from time to time, and occasionally rowing on the Potomac.

Jared Rice Vice President of Technology

Jared is an analytical thinker, dedicated to providing our clients true value to their health programs. A Registered Dietitian by trade, Jared joined WCS as a Wellness Coach and Clinical Content Manager in 2010 and coached hundreds of employees to become healthy and well. In 2013, Jared transitioned to the Health Informatics team, bringing clinical insight and experience to our reports and analytics. Over the past several years, he’s worked to expand and streamline our output, bringing us automation, scalability, and enhanced data integrity through strategic technology implementations. Jared holds a Master’s degree in nutrition, and is a Certified Exercise Physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine.

Jared’s commitment to health and wellness is unwavering, as he is a dedicated runner, cyclist and skier.

Daniel Clevenger Vice President of Screening Services

Daniel has been a people-focused, process-oriented leader at WCS since 2012, and has overseen a client portfolio that has grown 1400% over his tenure. He has played a key role in many of our innovations, including ScreenSMART and WellConnect Plus, and worked closely with private and public sector clients ranging in size from 200 to over 130,000 employees. As VP of Screening Operations, Daniel leads our partner relationships while overseeing our high-tech, high-touch biometric screening and flu shot programs. Daniel has a Master of Science degree in Health and Exercise Science from Wake Forest University.

Daniel has a love for basketball and plays regularly in local leagues.  He also enjoys running and has completed multiple half marathons.
