17 WCS Clients Make the Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For List
Ever heard of the Great Place to Work lists? Great Place to Work uses a variety of data points, including extensive employee surveys, to identify the workplaces that are truly thriving. They place a heavy emphasis on positive company culture, and focus on measuring the employee experience.
That’s why we’re proud to have worked with 17 of the 100 companies on their latest Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For list. Those 17 companies span nine sectors, including pharmaceuticals, legal services, retail, hospitality, healthcare, insurance, and financial services.
Our mission is to help employees live healthy and work well, which means building a culture of wellbeing from the ground up for our clients. That’s why we feel well-aligned with Great Place to Work—we’re both interested in building thriving workplaces that truly support employees and help teams accomplish big, important things.
How do we help companies build a healthy, positive culture? Our wellness programs are all designed to help employees engage with their physical, mental, and emotional health.
We are a top-rated biometric screenings vendor because we know how to make screenings accessible, easy, and informative for employees. Good health starts with knowing your numbers. Whether you’re facing high cholesterol, hypertension, diabetes or pre-diabetes, or other common health challenges, knowing your baseline measurements (followed by health education!) is a critical starting point.
Our cutting-edge approach to health coaching is also providing a whole new level of support for employees. Our own Ready-Set-Goal method means that through one-on-one sessions (telephonic or in person), we teach employees how to set smart health goals and achieve them—a process they can repeat over and over again and even apply to other aspects of their life, from professional milestones to building stronger relationships. Plus, all of our health coaches are Registered Dietitians, trained experts who guide employees towards sustainable healthy behaviors. Beyond our screenings and coaching, we have expertise in designing and managing a range of wellness offerings, including wellness challenges, champion programs, on-site program management, and more.
Something we noticed about all of the companies on the list was that they lean into what makes them great—focusing on the unique elements of their company culture. That’s also a huge part of our philosophy: working closely with our clients to design a program that makes sense for their workplace environment and employee population.
