Registered Dietitians
Registered dietitians conduct “Lunch and Learn” seminars and are available on a private consulting basis. All dietitians are licensed and members of the CDR and ADA.
Life Coaches
Professional Certified Life Coaches are available to discuss strategies for employees to achieve their personal health goals. Our life coaches all have corporate experience and are trained to listen, observe and customize their approach to individual employee needs. They are also available on a private consulting basis.
Personal Trainers
Our personal training and fitness staff all hold four-year degrees in a health or exercise-related discipline, certifications from the American College of Sports Medicine, National Strength and Conditioning Association, or American Council on Exercise.
Psychologists
Our professional psychologists provide therapy for those experiencing life transitions, loss, stress, relationship issues, low self-esteem, anxiety, and depression. All psychologists hold a LCSW, MSW or PhD in psychology. They are also available on a private consulting basis.

| Ariana is a Cum Laude graduate from The George Washington University and is a rising star in the wellness industry. She has over 13 years of sales and marketing experience and has shown success in leading the national sales division for Wellness Corporate Solutions. Ariana distinguishes herself by finding customized solutions to exceed her clients’ needs. Ariana provides the WCS team with valuable expertise and experience as she works towards building strong partnerships with brokers, consultants, and companies directly. In the last two years with WCS, Ariana has brought over 30 new clients, many of which have received accolades and awards for various embedded wellness programs. |

| Jennifer Ashley |
| Information Management Specialist |
| Jennifer Ashley is an Information Management Specialist at Wellness Corporate Solutions. She graduated from the Pennsylvania State University with a B.S. in Business Management and a minor in Human Development & Family Studies. Jen has a strong passion for volunteering in the community and helping others. In her spare time, she can be found hitting tennis balls around the court with a few friends or snuggled on the couch with a good book. Biggest vice: anything caramel. |

| Erin Budd |
| Director of Program Management |
| Erin started at WCS four years ago as a program manager and shifted into the more demanding role of Senior Program Manager as the company grew. Today, Erin is the Director of Program Management at Wellness Corporate Solutions. She enjoys creating, planning and implementing wellness programs and is a leader for the program management team as a whole.
Erin earned her undergraduate degree in Health Education from Salisbury University where she played field hockey all four years and was named to the All-American Team in 2004. Erin’s love of sports and fitness carried over into her post graduate degree program where she received a Master’s in Post Secondary Education and coached the same field hockey team she once played for. Erin enjoys all outdoor activities whether it’s walking, running, biking, hiking, or playing tennis. She loves the beach and thinks peanut butter and chocolate are the ultimate combination.

| Heather Calcote |

| Heather Calcote is a Registered Dietitian (RD) in Washington, DC and author of the blog, Dietitian on the Run. She is a Wellness Coach for WCS – helping clients set and achieve goals, acting as a health educator for events and seminars, and authoring weekly online blogs and messages. Her passions within the field of nutrition are always evolving, but the foundation of combining healthy eating with an active lifestyle stands as the base in her philosophy of overall wellness. She's got a few full marathons under her belt with a passion for running, but a sense of adventure will convince her to embrace anything from climbing a Colorado "Fourteener" (14,000 ft hike to the summit) to trying a Zumba class!
Heather has been quoted in Fitness magazine, featured in Washingtonian's Well+Being as a top local Nutrition blogger, and contributes to a variety of health and fitness sites, including lululemon's community blog. She loves to seize any opportunity to talk about health, food or nutrition, believing that education will always be the key to change.

| Program Manager |
| Leah Evert has a Master’s degree in Sports Nutrition and Exercise Science and a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. She is a Registered Dietitian, Certified Sports Dietitian and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. She has worked as a nutrition counselor and personal trainer for several years but most recently spent four years as the Nutrition Program Manager at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling in Washington, DC. In this capacity, she was responsible for all nutrition, weight management and smoking cessation employee wellness programming and implementation for the Air Force, Navy, Army, Coast Guard and Marine Members and their families, including tenant locations such as the Defense Intelligence Agency, in Washington, DC. Leah is passionate about health and wellness and dedicated to empowering people to make healthier lifestyle choices. |

| Kat Haselkorn |
| Marketing and Communications Manager |
| Kat Haselkorn is a Marketing and Communications Manager at Wellness Corporate Solutions. She holds a B.A. in Psychology with Honors from The University of Chicago but prefers sunny, warm weather after four years in the Windy City. Kat is a certified biometric screener and has worked as a personal trainer in the past. Additionally, Kat is a contributor to the popular health blog "365 Days of Wellness" which has been selected as a featured blog in the Nutrition Blog Network. Fitness classes and brownie sundaes are among her favorite things! |

Ari Klenicki is an Information Management Specialist at Wellness Corporate Solutions. Originally from Boston he is fanatical about his Patriots, Red Sox, Celtics and Bruins. After a few years in DC running education programs for the Department of Defense, his passion for food led him to the world of nutrition where he began a Masters Program in Health Promotion Management. Shortly after starting classes he fell in love with the field and quickly found his way to WCS. Aside from cooking and cheering on all things Boston, he can be found dancing at concerts both small and large.

| Nicole Radosevic joined Wellness Corporate Solutions as a Program Manager in October 2011, and specializes in planning and implementing onsite health screenings for clients of all sizes. Clients agree that she is a pleasure to work with and accommodating of all different work cultures. She began her career in Health Promotion in 2007 with Nationwide Better Health. Nicole holds a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Physiology from Ohio University. |

| Jared Rice, |
| Clinical Content Manager and Wellness Coach |
| Jared is a registered dietitian (RD) and licensed dietitian-nutritionist (LDN) in the state of Maryland. He is also a certified Health and Fitness Specialist (HFS) with the American College of Sports Medicine. He completed his Master of Science in human nutrition at Bastyr University in 2009, followed by a dietetic internship at CUNY Brooklyn College with an emphasis on corporate wellness, integrative medicine and functional nutrition.
Jared currently works for Wellness Corporate Solutions as the clinical content manager and a wellness coach. An ambitious public speaker, he speaks regularly on the topics of nutrition, healthy cooking, lifestyle balance and behavior change for a variety of audiences from elementary school classes to private corporations. Jared is a member of the American Dietetic Association, ADA practice group Dietitians in Integrative and Functional Medicine, The Institute for Functional Medicine and the American College of Sports Medicine.
Jared’s approach to wellness focuses on balance between a whole foods focused diet, regular exercise and emotional health. This integrative approach aims to promote the body’s natural healing abilities, optimizing personal health and vitality while preventing disease. In his free time Jared enjoys working toward his own optimal level of health – eating and cooking new foods, hiking, biking, skiing, traveling and spending time with close friends and family.

| Ashley is a Program Assistant at Wellness Corporate Solutions. She graduated from Towson University’s College of Business and Economics and interned for a corporate wellness company in Baltimore before joining the WCS team. A fitness enthusiast for most of her life, Ashley is passionate about yoga, running, exercise classes and “anything that gets her moving”! Today, Ashley works at WCS alongside her sister Erika and they share an interest in cooking and eating healthy food. |
