Fiona Gathright
President
Fiona Gathright has spent the last 25 years in corporate business management and marketing. Prior to founding Wellness Corporate Solutions, she and her husband owned a successful legal research company that served 99 of the top 100 law firms, as well as numerous investment banks. As a small business owner she had first hand knowledge of the burden rising health care costs place on an employer. After her first business was sold, she focused on her passion for health and wellness and created a company that helps businesses manage and reduce their health care costs, while putting in place programs that result in increased recruitment and retention of healthy employees. Wellness Corporate Solutions is an award winning woman owned business that builds customized, high impact corporate wellness programs. WCS clients include media companies, law firms, associations, non profits and private employers nationwide. Fiona forges strategic partnerships with clients and develops wellness programs consistent with their objectives. Fiona also writes a popular blog "Corporate Wellness Insights" with up to the minute news of best practices and industry trends, and is sought after for her expertise. She serves in leadership positions on several organizations, such as the Alliance For Workplace Excellence and donates a portion of her corporate profits to A Wider Circle, a non profit that provides wellness programs to women and families in shelters. Fiona received her BSc in Biology from Georgetown University.

Juliet Rodman RD, LD, CPT
Vice-President
Juliet Rodman has been motivating people to become healthy for more than 20 years. She has just been recognized as "Outstanding Dietitian of the Year" by the District of Columbia Metropolitan Dietitians Association (DCMADA) where she serves as President-Elect for 2010-2011. She is the Vice President of Wellness Corporate Solutions and is a registered dietitian and exercise physiologist who specializes in weight control, cardiovascular health, sports and general nutrition. Wellness Corporate Solutions is an award winning woman owned business that builds customized, high impact corporate wellness programs. WCS clients include media companies, law firms, associations, non profits and private employers nationwide. Juliet has been instrumental in developing and creating the coaching and training protocols and platforms used by Wellness Corporate Solutions. In addition she consults with a variety of point solutions providers to help refine their strategies for motivating people to adopt behavior change. With her unique combination of nutrition and fitness expertise, Juliet presents and lectures nationally, appears regularly in health and fitness media, and writes a popular blog, "365 Days of Wellness".

Emily Kolakowski
Vice President of Client Relations and Program Development
Emily Kolakowski is the Vice President of Client Relations and Program Development. She has been with Wellness Corporate Solutions since 2008. Emily's passion for health promotion and wellness along with her organizational skills and attention to detail have enabled her to successfully implement wellness programs that consistently score high satisfaction ratings and directly impact the bottom line. Emily leads the WCS Program Management Team to create wellness programs that are fun, innovative and effective in creating long term behavior change. She spends time with clients to customize their wellness program to fit their unique corporate culture. Emily excels in listening to what the clients want and successfully delivering what they need.
When asked the question “what does wellness mean to you?” Emily’s response was “Wellness is living a life that is well balanced! My favorite things to balance include family, friends, running marathons, water skiing, yoga, being outside and laughing as much as possible. My job inspires me every day. I am fortunate to be surrounded by an amazing team of life-changers who are so passionate about guiding others along the journey to a life well lived.”
Prior to her work at Wellness Corporate Solutions, Emily was a Clinical Exercise Physiologist in the Cardiac Rehabilitation Program at Suburban Hospital in Bethesda, Maryland. Emily is certified in Cardiac Yoga and launched the inaugural Cardiac Yoga program at Suburban Hospital in addition to leading Diabetes and Exercise Education Classes. Emily received her Master of Science Degree in Health and Exercise Science from Wake Forest University. Emily received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Science from Elon University.

Doreen Moreira, M.D., C.P.E., F.A.C.P.E.
Medical Director
The newest member of our management team is Dr. Doreen Moreira, a licensed, board-certified physician with 26 years’ of experience and extensive expertise in Preventive and Complimentary Medicine. In her capacity as Medical Director, Dr. Moreira will oversee Wellness Corporate Solutions’ cholesterol and blood glucose screening programs and will review the medical content of our wellness initiatives. She is also available to speak to groups on a variety of topics.
In addition to her administrative duties at Wellness Corporate Solutions, Dr. Moreira also works in private practice, counseling clients/patients who seek to improve their overall health and reduce or delay the detrimental impact of chronic disease through healthy diet, exercise, and environmental changes. Through her prior company, Conflict Free Workplaces, Dr. Moreira consulted with senior management officials in healthcare corporations for many years. In recognition of her work to provide access to healthcare services for foster and adopted children, Dr. Moreira was honored by U.S. Representative Connie Morella with the Congressional Coalition on Adoption Institutes Angels in Adoption Award in 1999.
Dr. Moreira was one of the first ten women inducted as fellows of the American College of Physician Executives. She is also a graduate of Leadership America, the premier national women’s leadership organization. She has written and lectured nationally and has served in numerous leadership capacities, including Board President of Capital Area Physician Executives and of the National Center for Women’s Healthcare and Physician Executives. |
